• Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses only.
• Weekly net losses are calculated as the total amount of real money bets placed on eligible Vivo Live games during the qualification period, minus the total amount of real money winnings received from those same games during the same qualification period.
• Only bets settled within the same qualification period will be counted toward the cashback calculation.
• Only real money bets count for this promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds, free bets, free spins, refunded bets, cancelled bets, void bets, or any non-cash balance are not eligible.
• To qualify for cashback, the player must record a minimum weekly net loss of 100€/£ on eligible Vivo Live games during the qualification period.
• Eligible players will receive 10% of their weekly net losses in real cash.
